Ancient Mesopotamian texts such as the Enuma Elish are growing in popularity these days. People with only a casual knowledge of the Bible are viewing these writings as infallible sources of information regarding all things prophetic, historical, cosmic and even spiritual. Certainly there's a satanic force at work churning up global interest in non-Biblical ancient documents whose contents convey messages that contradict and challenge the absoluteness of the Bible. These "rival" holy books have a semblance of the truth, and their authors may have even been based their writings loosely on the truth passed on to them by word of mouth or otherwise, but can never claim DIVINE INSPIRATION as the Holy Bible does, regardless of their apparently advantageous position on the conception time-line with respect to the Bible.
