Christian Podcasts On My iPod

It’s been a while since I gave a Christian podcast or mp3 update. I’m always looking for good audio content, especially since I commute 30-45 minutes each way to work every day. Quality audio definitely makes that drive a lot more enjoyable as well as a lot more productive.

So, what’s in my iPod?

Christian To-Listen

I’ve found a lot of other podcasts along the way that I’m interested in enough to subscribe to, but have not had the chance to consistently listen to yet. These include:

  • The Dividing Line: Dr. James White is interesting and very intelligent and I agree with most of what he says, but I just can’t seem to listen to him for that long.
  • The PleaseConvinceMe.com Podcast: I really, really enjoy this podcast, but it’s unfortunately usually the one I have to prioritize later when a sudden interest comes along. I think that’s probably because, although the information is presented very well, it’s more of a recap of my apologetics training than any new information.
  • Christ the Center/Reformed Forum: The titles of the episodes really interest me and I really want to listen, but have not found the time.
  • Acts29 Network Podcasts: I listened to what was probably hundreds of hours of this excellent church-planting content and then felt the need to move on to different information. Although I’d like to plant a church, it’s just not the right time right now and I don’t feel like that’s God’s plan for me.
  • The Resurgence: Excellent Bible resources.
  • Straight Thinking Podcast: Ken Samples was one of my professors at Biola and I can’t wait until I have time to listen.
  • White Horse Inn: I’ve listened to a few episodes concerning specific subjects regarding questions I had about Reformed Theology. Based upon those, I’m eager to listen to more.
