…that so many spam bots are interested in linking to this site.
Read my recent post here and look at the pingback from “The best blog about Endodontists” near the bottom of the comments. The interesting thing about that site is that they added content to the excerpt of my post. So, if you happened to be looking for “endodontist” blogs, and need a “Student Credit Card,” head on over!

I know the feeling on the spambots, comment spammers and the content scrapers man. Really gets tiresome. I think I have 3 plugins now working against this and still end up seeing a couple a day.
God Bless,

Agreed. I constantly wonder if I should delete them all, or hope for more links in to my site that might boost SE rankings. The folks who wrote the Typo blog engine have a pretty easy philosophy to deal with spambots: require AJAX for post submissions since most bots can’t use Javascript. There’s probably a WordPress plugin for this. I have not been good at keeping up with plugins, or even updating this blog until recently.
I checked it out and truley it is the the best blog about Endodontists. It got loads of good information, it’s not scrapped at all. I like the bit that gives it away at the bottom it has a link to a black hat SEO company.
